when can we say the teacher has taught?
In order to teach, there must be present: the teacher, the learner and a conducive environment. More often than not, we find that the person being taught is not willing to change their behavior and cannot therefore be referred to as a learner. This brings about alot of confusion; if the learner does not learn can we then say that the teacher has taught?
